These tools are used to type text in text style design and use manage text.
ex : text size up and down, change font style.

Effect :
               Effect > Distort & Transform
               Horizontal :- 0.5 pt
               Vertical      :- 0.5 pt
               Copies       :- 1000 >> OK

You can try any four colors for best design.

Rectangle tools :

• These tools are used to create a back-ground.
• Then  adjust the created you can do this text style.
